As a condition of purchase from us we reserve the right to email you product alerts and special offers that we believe may be of interest to you. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Securigen or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, Securigen does not accept any liability for any damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from Securigen.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions will be binding upon each party hereto and its successors and permitted assigns, and governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales without reference to conflict of law principles. These Terms and Conditions will not be assignable or transferable by you without the prior written consent of Securigen. These Terms and Conditions (including all of the policies and other Agreements described in this Terms and Conditions, which are hereby incorporated herein by this reference) contain the entire understanding of the parties regarding its subject matter, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between the parties regarding its subject matter. No failure or delay by a party in exercising any right, power or privilege under these Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other such right, power, or privilege. You and Securigen are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by these Terms and Conditions.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, all of which will remain in full force and effect.

Unless otherwise specified, all prices quoted and sales transactions are in Australian Dollars. GST is included in sales to Australian customers but not to New Zealand customers. New Zealand customers do not pay GST when purchasing from securigen.com.au. Where duty or GST becomes payable on arrival of orders to New Zealand these costs will be covered by securigen.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia post and Fast way Couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Customer Service Policy
Securigen is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.  

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
